Through the senses, elements, aromatherapy, shamanic drumming, Hawthorn tea & fire ceremony, you’ll be invited to slow down, reconnect with yourself and the land, release what you are ready to let go of, and listen inwardly to what is emerging for the season ahead. A small, intimate day to pause, breathe, reflect and honour the natural rhythm of life held in the beauty of the autumn land at Hunningham, Warwickshire.

Karen has ten years of experience in energy work and transformational coaching. Using the wisdom of the Shamanic Pathway, she helps those who are ready to reconnect with their highest truths and gain the freedom to be themselves.
